Pricing & Group Rates

Your group is our priority, and we can’t wait to host you at our beautiful campground. We try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule and planned activities! Please email Pastor Brian Wahlberg at bwahlberg@campcalvary.com for all reservations and questions about rentals. A camp contract and 20% non-refundable security deposit will be required. Regular rates are $30 per person per day, and $9 per meal per person.  

Accommodations

You have several choices for overnight accommodations depending on the size and purpose of your event. Smaller adult groups have access to the CC INN, 12 motel-style rooms that each sleep 2 adults and 1-2 children. Bedding is provided.

Youth type events or larger groups have access to our cozy cabins, each one sleeping 12 stduents in bunks as well as a private room with a queen sized bed. Bedding required. Bathhouse access included. 

Facilities

Sitting on just under 82 acres in the shadow of the Berks Mountains, God has blessed Camp Calvary with incredible facilities for multiple camps and retreats. From the Activity Center, the INN and our newest building, the CC Lodge, our facilities will every need in a camp setting. Check out the Virtual Tours below!

Activities

We have so many different activities for you to choose from! A few do not require our staff to run, and can be available at any time. 

Mini golf, Disc golf , Foot golf, Woods games, Outdoor basketball court, Nine-square, Carpet ball, Low ropes course 

Depending on our staff and the season, we are happy to run these different activities for your group.  

Zipline, Canopy tour , High ropes course, Beast rides, Snack shop, Coffee shop, Store, Craft shop, Activity Center, Pond, Pool, Mechanical Bull 

Food & Dietary Needs

Our food is one of the highlights of staying at Camp Calvary! With a variety of different meals on the menu, we are sure there will be something for you or your camper to enjoy. 

Sample Day’s Menu: 

  • Breakfast: Pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt and baked oatmeal 
  • Lunch: Chicken sandwiches, potato chips, fresh-cut veggies and pickle spears 
  • Dinner: Spaghetti, garlic breadsticks and a full salad bar 

All meals are included in the price of the camping program. Those on special diets must bring their own necessary supplements. A refrigerator and microwave are available for usage in food preparation. A menu can be obtained by contacting campcalvarykitchen@gmail.com 1-2 weeks prior to arrival for your scheduled camp, retreat or event.

The CC INN & LODGE

Our newest facility additions are our luxury 12-room Inn and the Lodge! Each room in the Inn is themed a different month of the year, has its own private bathroom and can fit anywhere from 2-4 occupants. We do require that all occupants be at least 10 years of age or older, and accommodations in the Inn are an upgraded price from the cost of the cabins. The Lodge is the first building you’ll see when driving onto our property, and includes a small dining area, meeting area, game room and coffee bar.
