Camp Calvary Counselor in Training

Our Staff

All of our full-time staffers are college-aged or older and fully background checked per Pennsylvania state guidelines. They go through several weeks of training each summer and are certified in First Aid, CPR and lifeguarding, as well as certified to run all our fun activities around camp! Most importantly, they go through counselor training, to make sure they are well-equipped to serve our campers and show them the love of Jesus.

Cabins

We have 18 cozy cabins here at Camp Calvary, with 13 twin-sized bunks in the main room and one queen bed in the back room of each cabin. Equipped with an AC unit and a heater, they are perfect for every season! Each one is only a short walk to our bathhouse, which has 8 toilets and 8 showers on both the boys’ and girls’ sides.

Facilities

Sitting on just under 82 acres in the shadow of the Berks Mountains, God has blessed Camp Calvary with incredible facilities for multiple camps and retreats. From the Activity Center, the INN and our newest building, the CC Lodge, our facilities will every need in a camp setting. Check out the Virtual Tours below!
